Had a major repair on my 2004 Ford Escape the other day. The service writer (Jose V) was very professional, polite. He kept me inform every few days with the status of the work. I will always go to them for future service, since the Quick Service along with the Main Service treat you as available customer to them. before I end this review, there was one thing I wished they would have done, like the Quick Service does.
