In my search for a new SUV, I twice drove to Flammer Ford to inspect suitable vehicles (Explorer, Escape). When I said I was interested in looking at a new Explorer, the salesman told me that they only allow one vehicle to be examined, and it was currently being shown to someone else. (That's a first for me at a dealership.) OK, so I said I'll come back later, to which he agreed. (Another first; who ever heard of a salesman allowing a customer to just leave without seeing a vehicle?) And it's not that I didn't look like a viable buyer; I was driving a Lexus. The next week, driving our Mercedes, my wife and I pulled into the dealership once more and waved at a salesman standing up by the building. I guess he was too busy smoking, because he just ignored me (unbelievable). Then the fabled golf cart came screaming up with two salesman, and they wondered what I wanted. I told them that I'd seen a new Titanium Escape on their website, and I wondered if it was still in inventory. They talked back and forth, seemingly confused by what to do, at which point another salesman walked up and asked which salesman I "belonged to". The three of them debated for awhile, at which point I said "We're going to go get some lunch, and I'll check back later." They agreed that would be a good idea. (Again, unbelievable that they let me just drive off, without even getting my name or number.) After lunch, I went home and contacted Autoway Ford in Brooksville. And what a great experience that turned out to be (please see my review of Autoway Ford). Unfortunately, Flammer Ford is much closer to my home. But after the runaround and chaos there, I'll continue to take my sales and service business to Autoway. More
I had interested to buy a Toyota Prius 2012 which was posted in the Flammer Ford of Spring Hill website. Although I am also interested to C-Max but it is too large vehicle for me so I contacted to Mr Art posted in the Flammer Ford of Spring Hill website. Although I am also interested to C-Max but it is too large vehicle for me so I contacted to Mr Art Goldman to ask it. Art rapidly and promptly had taken all of steps. His work via email communication is outstandingly smooth and his replies have been getting back almost real time and even in late night and early morning. After I have made a deposit to secure the purchase, another local customer contacted to Art to get the Prius but Art secured it for me regardless I am far away from Spring Hill (I am in Memphis TN). I happened to have a travel in southern AL and TX in that time, so decided to go to pick it up myself and drive from there. Art kindly picked me up from Tampa airport to FFSH. Art is very friendly and our conversation in his (actually his son's) car during the trip was very fun. The Prius is really great and almost new. It runs great for my entire travel 2000 miles with 48-49 mpg (almost all of my trip was on highways). It is funny to see a sticker logo and tag plate frame 'Flammer Ford of Spring Hill' rear on my Prius, given that Ford made a webpage for C-Max in which Prius is being 'knocked-down' by C-Max. I am sorry that I wasn't a local customer for Ford vehicle, but regardless FFSH made a great deal for me. More
I would highly recommend Flammer Ford . we were treated great right from the moment we met Ron.He didn't put any sales pressure at all on my wife and i.We met the sales manager who was very helpful and a great right from the moment we met Ron.He didn't put any sales pressure at all on my wife and i.We met the sales manager who was very helpful and a man of his word.We bought a 2005 town car and we had a couple of minor things that the service advisor gladly fixed for us his name was Pete Watson very friendly and he took care of our needs.This is a family owned business one thing i was impressed with was how white their shirts were and how well mannered they all were.My wife needed our title in a hurry and Jennifer in the office got right on it.Ron Tesar actually hand carried our paper work to sheriff office for vin inspection very impressed with Ron he is first class.Also a shout out to the financial manger can't remember his name but he was from warren ohio. Flammer Ford is an asset to spring hill.i would buy another car or truck there in a heart beat.I have purchased several cars and trucks in my lifetime and this is my first time writing a review thanks to the entire staff at Flammer Ford. While having my 2011 Escape Limited 30,000 mile service performed, I walked around the new cars to get a look at the 2013 Escape's. Less than a minute passed and I was approached by a salesman, asking if performed, I walked around the new cars to get a look at the 2013 Escape's. Less than a minute passed and I was approached by a salesman, asking if he could help me, I said I would like to know what I could get comparable to my 2011 Escape Limited. The salesman, Bill Schwiebert showed me an Escape SEL. I told him it would probably be impossible to find what I wanted, as I had promised my wife I would not pay a higher loan payment than I had already. Bill asked me if I would give him a chance, and continued to ask me a few questions. As it turned out, Bill pulled a rabbit out of his hat, he not only met but exceeded my expectations. I ended up driving away the next day with a new vehicle, and for just under my former car loan payment. I am a very satisfied customer, and I walked away with P.O.M.G.; Peace Of Mind Guaranteed! Flammer Ford pulled a rabbit out of the hat to find Ford financing so we could purchase a cherry 2012 Ford Fusion, took my motorcycle in on trade, and overcame numerous obstacles. I needed to find a car, do all the necessary negotiations with trade in a very limited time frame. Art understood that and I was very appreciative of that. The whole process took approx 3 hours.. Nate was very knowledgeable with my new purchase and took lots of time with me going over the features and the "how to's".. Each of the sales folks greetings were friendly and helpful. We went to a few dealers and didn't like the salespeople and stopped at Flammer Ford. Talked to Bill and he was the nicest person. Flammer Ford of Spring Hill is what all car dealers should aspire to be like. I've had terrible experiences from many car dealers around the Tampa Bay area in terms of sales, service, everything...but should aspire to be like. My salesman, Bill Schwiebert, was also great to deal with and is clearly an asset to the dealership. He doesn't give you the xx runaround that many salesman try to do, instead he puts forth all his effort to help you get the car you want, the quickest and easiest way possible. I will definitely continue to buy cars from them in the future. More
I needed to purchase a new vehicle and I was very nervous since it is a large purchase and I keep my vehicles long term so I wanted a car I would be happy with long term. I was also nervous and afraid of being taken advantage of by a pushy salesman. But when Bill Schwiebert walked up to me and introduced himself and asked how he could help me, I knew immediately this was going to be the most pleasant transaction of my life. He was very professional in his manner and attire; his friendliness made me feel very comfortable and at ease about the whole process. I had a car that I was interested in and he let me test drive it and made sure I was comfortable with it. He answered all my questions and concerns and even asked me specific questions to ensure that I would be happy with the vehicle I was wanting to buy; he even personally made sure I knew how to operate all the vehicle's features and accessories. He was very dedicated to making sure I was happy with the car and the price. I never felt pressured. He explained every line and detail in the paperwork so I knew exactly what I was paying for and again answered all questions honestly and sincerely. I will never purchase another vehicle from anyone but Bill Schwiebert and I will tell everyone I know that he is the man to go to when buying a car. He made the whole experience so easy and pleasant.
