The waiting room is a bit small if more than 8 people are waiting. I only went there to get a recall done on car. They were going to charge me $30 for a tire rotation even though I had $100 in Ford bucks. waiting. I only went there to get a recall done on car. They were going to charge me $30 for a tire rotation even though I had $100 in Ford bucks. Thank goodness the service dept rep realized that, the cashier did not. But that was only after we pointed out that we were surprised we had to pay for a rotation. A free car wash would have been nice as well, This service is offered by Kia dealer I go to. Overall I drove an hour to go here cause it’s where I bought the car but it’s not worth it for me. It’s just okay. More
