The service department needs a lot of work. Their organizational skills and customer interaction is not on par with the Ford brand. The dealership could not have been more helpful. I had a mechanical problem on the road and Robert Whitten was very involved. He contacted local dealerships and worked with the service managers to help res mechanical problem on the road and Robert Whitten was very involved. He contacted local dealerships and worked with the service managers to help resolve the problem. It’s a shame that Ford Roadside Assistance and Ford Corporation completely dropped the ball. Customer service with the corporation does not exist. I would suggest that Ford send their people to either Toyota or Honda distributor ships to fully understand customer relationships. Because Ford’s Corporate philosophy towards the consumer is so poor, I don’t think I would ever purchase their product again. More
