I give Clermont Ford 5 stars but that rating shouldn’t be confused with ford its self. Our 2023 Escape plug in Hybrid with 27,000 was in for about the 3 or 4 time and this time for wheel bearing that were so confused with ford its self. Our 2023 Escape plug in Hybrid with 27,000 was in for about the 3 or 4 time and this time for wheel bearing that were so bad the car could have been disabled. As usual Ford of Clermont did a great job fixing our vehicle and getting us a rental. My problem is we now have uneven wear on our tires and instead of replacing our front tires at 50,000 to 60,000 thousand miles we’re looking at maybe 35,000 . In the video the tech also acknowledged that the side where the bearing was bad also caused slightly more wear on that brake pad . Ford refuses to replace the front tires and the pads . We have owned a 2018, and 2019 Escapes that we were pretty happy with and our 2020 was in the dealership for warranty quite a bit . We also purchased a 2019 Escapes new for our daughter which gets serviced at Clermont. Keep in mind every time our 2020 Hybrid and 2023 was in the dealership it was for more than a week and this was the first we ever got a rental . Ford doesn’t want to replace my front tires or brake pads fine ,we’ll never buy another Ford product again . And as for the CEO who says he can’t get help I say why when nobody else has a problem. I’d would also say at this point we won’t drive this vehicle any further than AAA will tow us . More

So far, I am pleased with the services completed by Ford Quicklane in Clermont, FL. Their prices are kinda high, but who isn't in today's business climate?
