Took my Shelby GT350 with 4999 miles in for alignment and the technician was negligent causing damage to my brand new GT350R front splitter I had just installed previous day. He lied to his supervisor denyin the technician was negligent causing damage to my brand new GT350R front splitter I had just installed previous day. He lied to his supervisor denying but we have video and photos as proof he was the actual cause and was negligent he had a duty to be careful and not damage my car. You should not have people working there that damage customers cars and then do not take accountability. I have decided to no longer get service at ford of Clermont because you have a dishonest service tech and I wouldn't want to take another chance with someone like that who cannot just be accountable what a shame I fire anyone working at my business that is dishonest. More

Before going to the dealer, I had made an appointment. I checked in at the appointed time and waited no more than five minutes before a service person came and helped me. Once the service was completed, the service person explained to me what was done and what might need to be done in the future. The personnel were friendly and the work was done timely. I’ve done business with Ford of Clarmont for 15 years. I’ve never been treated so bad the last time I had any dealings with them took him three days to answer the phone. I wanted to keep it the old one I lied to me, said it was a policy that they had to throw it away. I checked into it. There’s no such policy at Clarmont. They lie and cover up each other no management no one in charge everybody’s in the back room talking stood out front in the lobby. Finally, I had to ask somebody to come out bunch of young kids in the back talking in the room I asked for the manager Alex. He’s no longer there. They didn’t know who the manager was said they did not have one you can’t run a business like that I will never go back there again. Spent a lot of money there buying tires oil changes and Repairs bought two vehicles. I will never go back. More
