Rushed experience We did purchase a used 2015 Toyota Rav there this past weekend. I do love my "new" vehicle. However, the whole experience just seemed rushed to get us out of there. I was mislead on what my payment would be but they ended up getting it to within $5 of what I was asking for per month. One salesman was very nice but he sort of disappeared. Then the first salesman picked us back up. He was very nice and helpful. His name was Barry. We received no handshake after we purchased the vehicle. Sometimes a handshake means a lot. More

I ONLY STATED FORD CREDIT. Sales person ever meant the first day they dont do much with ford credit since they changed from sloan to ford of columbia. They stated they couldnt not get me financed and i would need big down payment and solid cosigner. I called LEWISBURG LYON FORD and they had me approved in 45 mins. The car was the same to the T. Please tell me how that works. I went in last friday and got the run around until Thursday the next week. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW DOES NOT EITHER>>>>> More

Rip off Went with friend to dealership. He was trying to buy an F-150. He was told by salesman the deal was done with his trade. Had him fill out a credit app Went with friend to dealership. Then another guy came out and said they couldn't do the deal it would be 2500 more. This is after he filled out a credit application. Why have someone fill a credit application out unless you are trading. Apparently they do this. So he was told one thing then they changed their mind. It's had nothing to do with credit either since his is in the 800's. Sounds like a rip off to me. Never had a dealership do me that way. So watch out if you try to buy a vehicle from them they are not honest More
