Always have to stop and drop everything to work around their schedule. Even after I left my truck there for 5 days while out of town. They rushed to get it done last minute while I waited. And then the check engine light comes back on the next day throwing more codes than before. (And this is a warranty covered Ford recall we’re talking about here) The service center apparently has no loaner vehicles, and they want me to just drop my daily work truck off there without even an estimated time frame to give it back.
