Three hours into our trip to Florida the transmission quit working.Wouldn't go in gear. Lucky for me that it happened in Columbia,TN. Had car towed to Ford of Columbia. They all were so friendly and help quit working.Wouldn't go in gear. Lucky for me that it happened in Columbia,TN. Had car towed to Ford of Columbia. They all were so friendly and helpful. Kept me posted on everything they were doing. They did a great job! Employees and service were AWESOME!! Both are hard to come by these days. Wish they were located in Louisville, KY. Would give 10 stars if I could. Trip home was a breeze. Thanks to all at Ford of Columbia. I appreciate you all!! More
