Problems with remote key We had a problem with a key for a 2013 Lincoln MKT. Made an appointment and they said we needed A new key. I think that is just crazy that anyone could charge that much for a key replacement. We talked to the manager and he stated that was the cost. More

While there he let us test drive 3 different cars! He was very patient! He was never pushy!! He took his time with us and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. He said he had not been working there long but he did an excellent job!! We ended up not buying any of the cars but it was not because he did not try to get us the deal we wanted!! This past weekend I went to the Chevy Dealer and walked out depressed thinking there was no way I could get a car with what I had to work with. I went over to the Ford Lincoln of Cookeville Dealership and left with a 3 year old Escape in awesome condition. The Salesmen was honestly concerned with my problems, and did every thing he could to get me into a suitable car. They offer Free Lifetime Car washes, which is a nice perk. Normally I break sales men chops just on principle but there was no way I could rattle this guy, every objection, even the most tiny and ridiculous ones were addressed and taken care of, as if they were earth shattering !!! His attitude was , if it was important to his client than it was important to him as well ! I will purchase all my cars from there from now on. More

Misleading and Dishonest , wasting lots of my time and money.! On 7-23-16 I stopped to look at a 2004 Dodge Vin 3D3MU48C14G264221 and Jason) a salesman showed me the truck. He called me approx 20 minutes later with a price that I agreed with and said he would do some kind of warranty on the truck even tho they usually do not do that. I told Jason the salesman on 7-25-16 that I was working out of town and he said if I had my Wife to bring him a check for the full amount of $20,467.39) that the truck would be mine and all I had to do was come pick the truck up at my convenience. So on 7-25-2016 approx 2 hours after speaking to Jason my wife delivered the check. My wife took off work and traveled to Cookeville, TN to take them a check for the full amount. After the check was delivered, Jason calls and tells me the truck Must be picked up by the weekend. I was working in Cincinnati and took a day off from work on 7-28-2016 to travel to Cookeville, Tn to pick (MY) truck up. When I get to the dealership I was told the truck was Sold at 7am before I arrived.! (Sales hours are 9am-8pm) I was offered condolences and a full tank of fuel and $100 Dollar gift card. Or offered a 2010 ram truck for 7,000 more to settle up with me. I had took off work and drove 277 miles to get there in my old truck that gets 10 mpg, 100 dollars and one 1/4 tank never justifies the trouble or money wasted. I had already purchased 6 months insurance, plus got a loan on the truck at the bank to cover the 20,467.39 check I wrote them. I had also paid my dad fuel money to drive me from Albany, ky at my home to Cookeville to get the truck. Now I am out of pocket several hundred dollars, I have a loan on a truck I do not have, and I have purchased insurance on a truck I do not have. Later on 7-28-2016 I called the dealer asking about the same truck that was listed online and was told it was still available! More

LIARS, SHADY, AND SNEAKY - BUYERS BEWARE!! This dealership worked a deal on a vehicle for me, and apparently traded it out to another dealership the very day I was going up to purchase it. Instead of being honest with me, after asking for $500 to "hold" the vehicle, the sales associate lied and told me it was sold, 20 minutes before I was to leave to get it. However, I only discovered it was traded by sheer coincidence when looking for another vehicle. The when I asked the SA about it, he claimed he "didn't understand." The will try to scam you for money and lie to get you into the dealership. More
