I bought a 2012 Ford Focus from Ford Lincoln of Franklin a couple of months ago. It was easily the smoothest car buying experience I have had to date. C.R. Shock helped me from start to finish without rushi a couple of months ago. It was easily the smoothest car buying experience I have had to date. C.R. Purchased a 2008 Ford F250 Super Duty for about $800 shy of full NADA retail price. I test drove the truck, it drove fine and seemed fine, I am not a mechanic. My expectations were that some items, when p of full NADA retail price. I test drove the truck, it drove fine and seemed fine, I am not a mechanic. My expectations were that some items, when paying full price at a Ford dealer would just work and or be there. I asked for 2 things before buying to be included to be fixed that I noticed. A hole in the roof where an antenna had been (honestly thought that was odd to begin with as it had already leaked water and stained the interior roof material) and a missing body plug in the firewall where I could see in from the engine bay to the interior of the truck. They fixed those without issue and I went home. On the way home via the interstate, I realized the driver door would actually not shut all the way and I could see daylight between the door and the frame and there was a considerable amount of wind noise. After a a day or two at home I then found that the factory CD player did not work, there was no spare tire or jack accessories, the interior dome light was missing (I presume it was removed because the driver door would not shut there by it never going out) and the license plate lights did not work (I tried replacing bulbs but that was not the case, this is also against the law not to have working so had I driven at night would have potentially been pulled over and received a violation). The dealership sent a follow up email and I replied with the above statements, which I was at first told nothing could be done about it, then later they said to bring it in. I dropped it off and they fixed the door, put a new bulb in the dome light, replaced the wiring for the license plate lights, offered to fix cd player but explained they would have to remove it from truck and send it off for a few weeks so I passed on that, and then told me they would get a spare and jack, however I have emailed back multiple times on that and get no reply. Since then I have taken the truck to my local shop and put it on lift to learn that it really isnt as clean as they had offered rather someone used black spray paint on almost everything underneath and even though I had asked if the truck had been painted, it is obvious from the looking in the door jambs at the seals and the bottom of the inside of the doors that it has been painted. The bed liner and/or entire bed is very loose and makes such a noise its unbearable with the windows down. The driver side window is not OEM so has probable been broken and replaced and sometimes when rolling the window down it sounds like there is still shards of glass in the door. The truck seems to run great all in all, however just yesterday may be leaking oil, have not confirmed. I did purchase an extended warranty for around $2200 extra so may be using it very soon. That is my account of how the purchase happened and with that being said, on a personal level I feel like I bought a truck from some "buy here, pay here lot" on the outskirts of town, not from a supposed reputable Ford dealership, and so unfortunately will never do again. The salesmen, Dan Harrold and Bob Stahl were very great to work with and I don't intend and blame towards them what so ever. My feelings are the truck either was bought at auction or a trade in, they washed it and stuck it out on the lot. More
We had a great experience with Ford Lincoln of Franklin when purchasing our Ford truck. Homer Disher (our sales person) was easy to deal with and very efficient. We were ready to move on a good used Ford when purchasing our Ford truck. Homer Disher (our sales person) was easy to deal with and very efficient. We were ready to move on a good used Ford truck. Homer was extremely responsive and very customer service oriented. As we settled on the final numbers for sale and trade we found everyone in the various departments (credit, sales management, etc.) very helpful and efficient as well. Overall - Ford Lincoln of Franklin and the sales staff is a customer focused dealership. Thanks, Homer Disher! More
I got a Ford Focus 2008 this past Friday to replace my loyal Saturn SL2 '99 @ Ford Lincoln @ Franklin. It was overall a really pleasant experience. I felt that I was treated with courtesy and honesty. I h loyal Saturn SL2 '99 @ Ford Lincoln @ Franklin. It was overall a really pleasant experience. I felt that I was treated with courtesy and honesty. I highly recommend my Sales Representative: Dan Harrold. - I appreciate Dan's effort to get the best deal for me. When I told him frankly that I am having a hard time to decide between the car he showed me and a car at another dealer, and if he gave me a price advantage I will seriously consider make the purchase right away, he got the price $500 lower than the listed price online on AAA (which was already a great price). - Honor AAA $100 off final negotiated price discount (via AAA Car Buyer Program) - Gladly accept my payment in cash. No pressure getting financing from them or buying any extended warranty / service plan. - Dan did a great job keeping me informed on the progress of deal and service. - Walked through my independent mechanic inspection report with me. Service as needed to help me drive home worry-free. I strongly recommend them :) More

When my husband and I made a phone call to Ford Lincoln of Franklin requesting information about their car sales, the sales representative (Matt Troconis) called us back and, immediately after he emailed u of Franklin requesting information about their car sales, the sales representative (Matt Troconis) called us back and, immediately after he emailed us information with photos of the cars we might like and also asked us to come over the dealership to show us what they had in stock. The sales representative made possible for me to trade in my Toyota 4 Runner 2006 for a new Ford Focus 2013 with the monthly payment I initially requested. This is my first 4cyl car and I really like it. Concepcion Olguin More
I am writing this review hoping that your employee Matthew Troconis gets the credit he deserves!! I have purchased vehicles from BMW, Ford, Mercedes, Chevrolets and Lexus just to name a few and I hav Matthew Troconis gets the credit he deserves!! I have purchased vehicles from BMW, Ford, Mercedes, Chevrolets and Lexus just to name a few and I have never come across a more polite, professional and courteous sales person. From the moment I met him he had a friendly and caring smile that was contagious and genuine. It wasn't the phony I want to sell you a car and I could care less if your grandma died last night smile. I have met hundreds of those types throughout the years. Matt wanted to put me in a vehicle that I would like and not the one that would make him the most money. I came to your dealer looking for a Lincoln or used Cadillac SUV within my budget of less than 30K. Of course Matt showed me what I wanted to see but also let me know about the Escape Titanium. When he started walking me over towards them I didn't think that I would trade in my BMW for a Ford. However, Ford has come a long way!!! I absolutely fell in love with this vehicle and especially all the bells and whistles and right in my price range. Also, it was a 2014. There is no way I would have been able to get a Cadillac or a Lincoln fully loaded like this for that price. Believe it or not I actually liked the Ford Escape better. The body style and color is just beautiful. I am extremely pleased that Matt took the time to find me the vehicle that I wanted, even when I didn't know I wanted it myself!!!. Now you would think once you drive off a lot and buy a car this is the last time you hear from your sales person. This has always been my experience in the past. This is not the case with Matt Troconis!!!! He has called me and or e-mailed me three times since I have purchased my vehicle. The 1st time was to follow up on a couple of questions I had. The second time was to see how I was doing in my new car and to let me know he had set up MY RIDE. This last time was to ask me if I was still happy in my new vehicle and if there was anything that I needed and to let me know that I am now part of the Ford and Lincoln family and to keep in touch for any of my vehicle needs in the future. NOW THAT IS Dedication to your company and to your customer!!!! I will be honest with you, knowing that a sales person has your best interest in heart, it doesn't matter where they work or what kind of vehicle they sell. It is almost like finally finding the perfect Beautician. You continue to go to her for years no matter what company she works for and no matter how the styles change. You follow her around because she is the only you can trust to do things the right way. It is almost the same as finding the perfect car salesmen, except its a lot more expensive!! Matt is that type of salesman, one you can trust. Please pass along my sincere gratitude. Annie Arias More
