As I am sure you have found out over the past couple weeks, this is not up to our standards, nor is it how we conduct business! Although we thoroughly inspect all of our trade-ins, unfortunately, no one can ever be 100% sure as to how a vehicle has been previously maintained. This is why we offer the 3-day exchange policy on all of our pre-owned vehicles, and a Lifetime warranty on new. I hope that giving you a full refund on the truck can salvage our relationship!
