I had been searching off and on for a new (used) vehicle for the past few years. Greedy/ rude sales people is usually what changed my mind and steered me away from purchasing a vehicle. I told him exactly what I was looking for and the price point, and added I would be willing to check out other vehicles as well (considering everywhere I had looked, it seemed no one could get the vehicle I wanted for the price). Cody immediately let me know, they had the exact car I had been looking for and it was in my price range. I drove over to the dealership, looked at the 2010 Escape they had just gotten in and fell in love. It was a quick yet efficient transaction, and I was thoroughly impressed the service. Within 2 hours my search was over and I was driving home the vehicle I had been searching for. My wife and I went to purchase a new vehicle and we knew exactly what we wanted. It was a 2010 Lincoln MKX Midnight Edition. Ford of Franklin had it in inventory and we were introduced to Jeff Dawson. We th exactly what we wanted. It was a 2010 Lincoln MKX Midnight Edition. Ford of Franklin had it in inventory and we were introduced to Jeff Dawson. We then looked it over with him and test drove the vehicle. After negotiations with Jeff and John (the pre-owned manager), we arrived at an agreement and were sent to the financing dept where we met Marcus Smith. Dealing with him was just as much of a breeze as Jeff and John. He found a great interest rate for us and we were then leaving the dealership in our new ride. Overall, the dealership had exactly what I was looking for in inventory and all of the people that I was involved with were great. I have had horrible experiences trying to look for vehicles at one particular Ford dealership in the city that I live in and that has resulted in not purchasing from them. Instead, I drove to Franklin and was taken care of. Next time I will more than likely just drive to Franklin again.Thanks guys. More
