Ford Lincoln Franklin is our go-to-dealership when we want/need a new vehicle. C R Shock is the new car salesman that is totally focused on providing excellent customer service. I was recently involved in a car accident and my brand new Lincoln that we had only had for less than 4 months had to be towed from the site. When asked where I wanted it to go, my only response was to Ford Lincoln Franklin because I knew they would take care of me and my car. I then phoned C R Shock and told him I needed a car. Since it was near the end of the day and the car rental agency was about to close, he went above and beyond for my husband and me. He rented the car in his name for the evening assuring that I would have a vehicle. He was going to do whatever it took to take care of us and that's the kind of excellent salesman he is. We previously bought a new Edge from him and kept in only a couple of weeks when someone dented the door. I called C R and explained what happened and how sick I was over it and inquired about the collision dept, etc. He very willingly encouraged us to bring the Edge in and let them put us in a Lincoln which is what we had thought about buying in the first place. Everyone we worked with in that process was very accommodating to our wants/needs at that time, as well. C R is the type of salesman that listens to his customers, and makes them feel as though he really does have their best interest at heart. His excellent service and responsiveness goes beyond the closed deal! We couldn't be more pleased with Ford Lincoln of Franklin and look forward to doing business with them for many years. We certainly hope Ford Lincoln Franklin will be able to retain C R Shock for many, many years! A dealership is only as good as the people they employ and the employees can make or break it. More

We were looking for a replacement car for ours that got totaled in a wreck. The process of buying something else, when we weren't really "in the market" has been very stressful and hard. After visiting other car dealerships in the area it was so nice to see a place where everyone seemed to get along and be down to earth. There was no high pressure; they were all courteous, knowledgeable and helpful; the trade-in allowance was fair; and the financing was quick and painless. In fact, the contract was signed and the deal completed. Marcus Smith called the next day and informed me that the had obtained much better financing, and that the payments would be considerably lower than those in the contract we had signed. He prepared new contract papers and I realized considerable savings monthly. Obviously, he went out of his way to obtain the lower interest, since the contract had already been signed. The salesman, C.R. Shock, answered all our questions during the test drive and afterward, and provided us with an explanation and demonstration of all options. We left the dealership with a great deal, exceptional service, and a full tank of gas! I have found my auto dealer for all future purchases and will highly reccommend to all my friends and family, More
We were in need of an additional vehicle and wanted a BMW. I had done some research and knew pretty much what I wanted and while looking at AutoTrader online I noticed a 2008 528XI. Michael McLain contacted me back while on his off day to give me the details and to get started on working the details out for the purchase. I am in sales as well and deal with clients from long distances and when I ask Michael about the cars condition and ect. I let him know not to destroy his crediblity that he had already built so far by mis-leading me on the car and that I would not be a "HAPPY CAMPER" if I got there and it was not what he said. Well, we arrived and the condition of the vehicle exceeded my expectations!!!! I had previously looked at a another vehicle from another dealer and for the same age and miles this unit was far superior for the same money. The money I spent to rent a car one way was well worth the expense. I want to also mention the F&I people that helped my wife and I and who worked with Michael to make this quick trip of over 200 miles away go smooth. Mr Buddy Victory and John Zepernick did a great job of getting the finances handled in a very timely basis and make it a great experience. I do not rate surveys at the high levels very often because I expect what I pay for but felt lead to do so on this one with the way this dealerships employees treated my wife and I. The employees at this dealership do what they say they will do. I will drive 200+ miles again to this dealer when the need arises. More
