I gave Ford Lincoln of Franklin all 5s because of the awesome service I received from Mackenzie MacCarthy and the whole team. I recently bought a new Mustang, and would not have had Mackenzie not provide awesome service I received from Mackenzie MacCarthy and the whole team. I recently bought a new Mustang, and would not have had Mackenzie not provided me with such great help and information! She was very patient and helpful, taking time to answer all of my questions in great detail. Mackenzie really took the time to help me in so many ways. She conversed with me in whatever ways more convenient to me, via email, phone or in person. She and the whole team where absolutely wonderful! More
