I've purchased many cars over the years, and Alex is the most straightforward and knowledgeable person I can work with. His passion is the car industry, which shows that he doesn't mess around with cars that have red flags or cut corners when selling high-quality, solid cars. He had my best interests in mind and wasn't pushy or aggressive. My experience with Alex was something that I will treasure and will continue to go back to, and I can't say that about many people. It was just a normal transaction with nothing particularly special about. However, I was very disappointed with the salesperson. Miss Deslyn Williams did not let me clean out and transfer the contents in the trunk of my trade-in vehicle. Instead, she secretly picked and chose what she thought belonged to the trade-in and kept them for whatever the reasons. In fact, I was nowhere near the trade-in vehicle when she did that. Also, I was not informed of why she decided to keep those items. I have tried to contact a few managers to express my concerns but to no avail. One of them even raised his voice and hung up the phone. I don't think I will be back to this dealership or recommend it to anyone. Of course, I don't want to call her action an act of stealing; but if someone takes something that initially belongs to me without my permission, then what should I call it. More
