I had a mostly negative opinion of Ford of Franklin prior to meeting Stephen Farrar. Grouped into the "most dealer" category where only the dealer wins. Where sales and finance folks are generally only aim to meeting Stephen Farrar. Grouped into the "most dealer" category where only the dealer wins. Where sales and finance folks are generally only aimed towards getting the highest profit possible out of buyers instead of a fair deal and providing a value service to a community. I understand car dealers are businesses which requires profits to remain in business, but there is a difference in fair profit and taking advantage of people. Stephen's honesty, transparency, and genuine help changed my perspective of Ford of Franklin. I haven't yet bought a vehicle, as I'm waiting on the right used one to come along, but don't plan on looking elsewhere at this time. I don't have the same outlook on the service department as I stopped using them some time back due to outrageous price increases, but hoping the leadership changes and business methodologies have flowed over there now as well. I do intent to circle back soon on my next service to validate. Fingers crossed. More

They have so many cars, trucks, and suv's, I am sure you will find the one that you fall in love with. Also, if you don't like looking at vehicles in person, shop on-line. They have tons of pictures of the very vehicle that you are interested in. Shop for your vehicle from your easy chair. You can even have the vehicle delivered to your home. I did it, it was really a great experience. More

Found car on internet and called and talked with Jordan and told him I was interested in the Ford Explorer Hybrid. I told him I was waiting on some money from stock I sold and should get next week. He said would call next week and would not bug me which he didn’t. My wife and me went a couple days later but Jordan wasn’t there so Clyde showed us the car and worked up figures. Didn’t have to sign anything. Money came next week so Jordan and Clyde both met with us. Purchased car. Never had a better experience in purchasing a car. Never felt pressured! Jordan showed us how everything works. The next day got a special delivery of cookies and a yeti like drinking cup for thanks! More
