My car was totaled in the Tennessee tornados in December 2021. This is NOT a good time to be finding a new car. I found an Ecosport on this dealerships website I liked and contacted them about utilizing the 2021. This is NOT a good time to be finding a new car. I found an Ecosport on this dealerships website I liked and contacted them about utilizing the Ford X Plan on it that my employer offers. They were willing to honor it, where many dealerships are not. There are a lot of dealerships that are screwing people over when we need them the most. Not this dealership. I also don’t feel they were high pressure on selling me the car. They were great to work with. More

I own a 2016 F350 that I bought from this dealership part of the deal was they’d install a gooseneck hitch in it. So apparently they 3rd party that stuff out to Line X well yes it’s been 5 yrs but they insta of the deal was they’d install a gooseneck hitch in it. So apparently they 3rd party that stuff out to Line X well yes it’s been 5 yrs but they installed the gooseneck hitch on the wiring harness and it finally shorted out everything in the back! So I have $5126.02 in a mistake I didn’t do and neither this dealership nor Line X would do anything about (Line X only Guarantees there work for 90 days as well y’all since the dealership wouldn’t even call them on my behalf was told good luck and they didn’t know why I was upset!!! Guess 5126.02 is pocket change to that manager! Well I still have 2 yrs or 28000 miles warranty with this place hopefully nothing else goes wrong with the truck cause I have zero faith in this dealership! More
