The dealership asked that I write a review. It was the WORST experience from all the dealers in my entire life. I never got anyone to answer the service phone or return my call to schedule an appt. I finally did it online but it doesn't actually show up in their schedule and the advisor wasn't anyone on the Lincoln side so not sure who I was assigned to. They weren't able to provide a loaner car as you need to book 2-3 weeks beforehand but you can't get ahold of anyone to ever do that. They don't look at your vehicle for your appt. It's just a time to drop off your car. 3 days later, I called and texted to get an update and no response. I had to drive down in my husband's car to talk to someone. I will say they are friendly when you speak to them in person. They pushed it through the following day to have a technician look at it and he "fixed" it quickly. Not even 1 day after picking up my vehicle, the warning light is back on again so nothing was fixed. I called and texted and no response. Only got 1 text asking me to rate them highly in a review. Allen is always really helpful. He arranged for me to have another person to repair my tire rim which had been bent because Ford of Franklin does not repair bent rims. Took my car to Ford of Franklin on a Saturday morning at 7:15 am to get the battery replaced. Went to the fast lane and Allen McDaniel got my car serviced and back in less than an hour and the cost was less 7:15 am to get the battery replaced. My experience with Ford of Franklin was beyond amazing!! I have never seen an atmosphere like Ford of Franklin, the teamwork, was amazing. Simeon is who brought me into the door and though he was busy, still found time to introduce himself, check in with me, and offer additional assistance in between customers. Jake is who kept me there because his temperament was extremely welcoming enough for me to stay. Jordan was very chill and made negotiating easy and was very fair. Nicole was great conversation while I signed final documents and bonded over desk accessories and hanging plants. Everyone made me feel comfortable, everyone spoke, even if I wasn't their customer. They made my trade in process easy. All I had to do was sign my paperwork, there was not a lot of going back and forth. They knew where I stood and did their best to meet me there. The best part... AFTER I purchased my vehicle, the customer service did not stop. Jake made time the next day to help me reset my Ford Pass for my new vehicle and go over any other concerns. Simeon also caught me a few times and stopped to check on me and offered any additional assistance if needed. Lauren the Customer Relations Manager reached out to ensure I had a great experience and listened to any feedback I had (which all of the feedback was good). I cannot say enough about this dealership and its employees. Everyone was amazing. Even the service technicians, who I called because I had a question about the camera and they followed up the same day with an answer. There are a few Ford dealerships in the Nashville area. I would definitely say Ford of Franklin is worth the drive. Ask for Simeon or Jake, you will be in GREAT hands!!! More
