Amazing is what comes to mind when I think of Franklin Ford. I found the 2018 GMC Sierra Denali I wanted on line and called and got connected with Stephen in sales. He verified that the truck was still th Ford. I found the 2018 GMC Sierra Denali I wanted on line and called and got connected with Stephen in sales. He verified that the truck was still there and pulled the keys until I arrived to see the truck. From the time I showed up and test drove it to the time I walked out the door with my new keys was less than two hours. Stephen handled all the paperwork and I was back to see Brad in Finance and we were out the door. It was a wonderful experience and did I mention the Life time warranty. That in itself is with buying from Franklin Ford. Thank y’all so much and will refer people and will buy again. More

This is the 2nd truck I have purchased from Ford/Lincoln of Franklin,(I purchased a 2010 Lariat when it was Alexander Ford.) Ford/Lincoln of Franklin has been and is a premier dealership, in my opinion. T of Franklin,(I purchased a 2010 Lariat when it was Alexander Ford.) Their staff, sales representatives and finance personnel are professional, understanding and TOTALLY committed to the customer. In the most recent purchase of my 2021 Ford truck, the sales person was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful, polite and PROFESSIONAL. I had some difficulties with the SYNC system, and Sam went above and beyond to help me through them. I have and will in the future recommend Ford/Lincoln of Franklin to my friends and acquaintances.
