They took care of everything very quickly. I expected the amount of work to take at least a week but my car was ready in only 2 days time. They gave me a ride to and from the dealership and even offered me a amount of work to take at least a week but my car was ready in only 2 days time. I will definitely go back in the future if I need repair work or to purchase a new vehicle. More

Carlos handled the sale very well. Completing the deal was painful. We sat for hours waiting for F&I. When we finally got there we were offered the same warranty 3x. Each time the price was lowered. We ha was painful. We sat for hours waiting for F&I. When we finally got there we were offered the same warranty 3x. Each time the price was lowered. We had been there over 4 hours at this point. Even if we wanted a warranty I just wanted to get out and was willing to do whatever I could just to leave. It is clear that our needs didn’t matter once we agreed on a deal. At that point they were only focused on squeezing every dime they could out of us and didn’t care how long it took. I would have preferred coming back the next day to finish the deal. Apparently nobody at the dealership cared about us once we agreed to a deal. We were just a number at that point. More
