I bought my Fusion Hybrid at Ford of Franklin in 2014, have done all the servicing there, and always been happy with the experience at Ford of Franklin, so when it came time to help my mom, who is in her have done all the servicing there, and always been happy with the experience at Ford of Franklin, so when it came time to help my mom, who is in her 70's, pick out a car, that was the first call. She wanted an Escape and found the perfect model there. Steve helped us with the sale and trade and was totally transparent with the process, made everything simple, and explained everything from the carfax report to adjusting the height of the liftgate so she could reach the close button before we drove off the lot. I felt like she got a great car at a good value and she feels comfortable returning if she needs any help getting used to how to operate it. Thanks for your help, Steve! More
