After posting a bad rating I was contacted very soon after by a truly caring individual that listened to my reasons of failure. As mentioned in my original post, the car was delivered with only 35% oil life and since then found out the brake pads are worn. So maybe it was a demo for someone or it slipped through the cracks for a full review prior to sale. I am hoping they will continue to work with me to set up a free oil change and pad service at my local Ford dealership to complete all issues. But, as stated they have been very good about follow up and the care about my post was definitely sincere. More

We called ahead to make sure it was still available and Stephen F met us outside with the key and we went for a ride. The Jeep was well maintained and we loved it, so when we went in to chat the process was super easy. The financial guy, I can't remember his name, was easy to talk to and actually listened to us. It took less than 10 minutes to reach a deal and we drove our new Jeep home! Great people at Ford Lincoln of Franklin! More
