Overall Great Experience My wife and I were looking for a newer vehicle, Ford Explorer to be exact and originally came to Ford Lincoln of Franklin to look at a 2017 model but My wife and I were looking for a newer vehicle, Ford Explorer to be exact and originally came to Ford Lincoln of Franklin to look at a 2017 model but it ended up being more than we budgeted to spend. We were not pressured to buy something we could not afford which was a really nice change. They really earned our business by following up a few days later to check and see how we were treated and also to let us know they took a 2014 in on trade and it fit our 'wish list' other than color. We took a look at it and ended up buying it. The sales team were top notch and we never felt pressured to buy, they just tried to find us something we like and fit in our budget. Was a great experience. Stephen, our sales person was fantastic and even split his commission on our sale with another sales person who was trying to meet his sales goals for the month. I would buy another vehicle here for sure. More
