Ray Taylor--the BEST Ray Taylor is the most professional car salesman I have even dealt with. After agreeing to my online offer I received a quick response and complete the test drive and paperwork within an hour! Zero high pressure for extra services! After buying the car on an as is basis I discovered a faulty center console cover and asked his help in trying to get the dealership to repair it at their cost. While the used car manager initially refused Ray went back and got approval for the job to be done on a parts cost only with no labor charge. While not thrilled about the manager not approving the entire repair reported within an hour of picking up the car Ray was outstanding in his cooperation and effort to assist with the issue. I would definitely urge anyone buying from Ford Lincoln of Franklin to ask for Ray. More
Hunter Rose, was professional, kind, and helpful On Saturday, Oct 12, I had brought my vehicle into Franklin Ford/Lincoln Dealership for an oil change, tire rotation/ balance. Unfortunately, there wa On Saturday, Oct 12, I had brought my vehicle into Franklin Ford/Lincoln Dealership for an oil change, tire rotation/ balance. Unfortunately, there was an issue with starting my vehicle after this service and it was determined that I needed a new battery. Although unexpected, the repair was completed efficiently, and I was able to go on my way. The following dayI was on my way to a family function when my Engine Indicator Light started to flash and a message advised to stop. I pulled into a parking lot, where my car stalled. I had my vehicle towed into the Dealership and received help with obtaining an Enterprise rental vehicle (with the help of Stephen Farrar). I was advised on Monday that they were unable to start work on my vehicle but was assured that they would inspect it as soon as possible. On Tuesday, Hunter Rose/Service Adviser kept me informed of progress and then thoroughly reviewed their findings and repair recommendations. He also offered a loner vehicle since I had concerns regarding cost of having a rental car for a week in addition to the repair cost. His kindness and thoroughness helped to make a frustrating situation more tolerable. More
