Salesman Says He Didn’t Need My Business I recently found a used truck online at this dealership and wanted to take a look at it. I went in knowing what I could afford and what I could do. Bu I recently found a used truck online at this dealership and wanted to take a look at it. I went in knowing what I could afford and what I could do. But the salesman I dealt with was nothing but a bully and a liar. Please be sure if you shop here that you do not deal with Patrick Cox. He told me in our first meeting that he didn’t need my business, that he could sale that truck tomorrow (it’s still on the lot after 2 weeks), and he tried to tell me that I wasn’t serious about making a purchase. He lied about multiple items, and when I called him on one he turned right back to me and called me a liar. From the start I never felt like my business was wanted. There were 2 managers that did help, and were more pleasant to deal with. Although, one did have angry look on his face when I told him I wasn’t making a deal at that time. They did work very hard to get me more on my trade-in to make a deal happen, and that was greatly appreciated. But in the end, this salesman is the reason I will never shop at Ford Lincoln of Franklin. More

Don't waste your time! My experience post purchase has been nothing but frustrating. The service department did not return phone calls and the service associate who was assi My experience post purchase has been nothing but frustrating. The service department did not return phone calls and the service associate who was assigned to my service appointment wasn't in the office that day. I was told that my truck would be sitting at the dealership for at least two days because they wouldn't be able to look at it until then. What a complete waste of my time. More

Great Service Advisor Hunter was my Service Advisor and he was wonderful to work with. He kept me up to date on what was happening. I will have to say that the full week Hunter was my Service Advisor and he was wonderful to work with. He kept me up to date on what was happening. I will have to say that the full week I had to wait past my appointment date for my car to even be looked at, I was not happy about. Seems they do not have enough techs or something or are over booking. More

I would say there is one area that could be improved. One day after the service I received an email with coupons that could have been used to offset some of the cost of services rendered. Of course the coupons expire before I should need service. It would have helped to get the coupons prior to service. More
