The service was great. Having car trouble when traveling is no fun. Drove into dealership and the service rep took care of us right away. bought a lemon bought a used truck from them September 2018 and told it was checked and serviced well it was not. taillight out almost got a ticket because of it bought a used truck from them September 2018 and told it was checked and serviced well it was not. taillight out almost got a ticket because of it. now found out none of the engine was checked or serviced. was told truck was in good shape well now few months later and 1000 dollars or more because of there poor service and dishonesty . very unhappy and hope they understand how much stress and trouble this causes a working man like myself. before you sell nay customer a vehicle make sure your not selling them a piece of junk. lot of these problems could have been prevented if they would of serviced the truck and checked it. made sure they were selling a quality vehicle not a lemon . MKX buyer in the Bluegrass state Purchased a CPO Lincoln MKX from Franklin Ford Lincoln. First off, it was SO NICE to have a dealer open on Sunday. Serious buyers (who work) tend to Purchased a CPO Lincoln MKX from Franklin Ford Lincoln. First off, it was SO NICE to have a dealer open on Sunday. Serious buyers (who work) tend to shop weekends. Do you know how difficult it is to shop only on Saturday once a week? I first looked in St. Louis on Saturday, then Nashville on Sunday and there Franklin was open and ready to deal. Dave Wade & Rodney Newberry did a great job handling the transaction. It resulted in a cashiers check a couple of days later and Franklin Ford Lincoln even agreed to deliver the vehicle 2.5hrs north to Kentucky. Thanks FFL team! More
