I was so disappointed with my service a few weeks ago—after spending over $3,500 and waiting two weeks, my car still had the same issues, and the service advisor wouldn’t even respond to calls or tex ago—after spending over $3,500 and waiting two weeks, my car still had the same issues, and the service advisor wouldn’t even respond to calls or texts. I bought a 2010 Camaro from here and was not made aware of any of the issues it had. Ford has not been helpful in fixing my problem.
