There were no surprises with the price or anything that we had discussed prior to me making the trip up, which a greatly appreciated. When we had agreed to purchase the vehicle, it turned out there was an open recall on the vehicle, so I couldn't drive it home that night. Michael and his wife, on their own time, drove the car to me when the recall service was complete, saving me another full day of driving to Kirkland and back. Can't say enough good things about the experience, and Tom, the sales manager was also enjoyable to work with! More
I ordered my Mach-E from online from Ford and selected Ford of Kirkland as my dealer. The whole experience of ordering the car and picking it from the dealer went super smooth. Steve the fleet manager was really great to work with, he asked me how I wanted to pay for the car and if I needed extended warranty and didn't really push or haggle at all. On the day of pickup, Mo Taha helped me with the transaction, he showed me the car features and let me do a test drive, and took my info to process the sale and finance transaction. While waiting for the paper work I had a great chat with Mo, he has some amazing life experiences to share. Overall, love the car and the dealership made the process go super smooth and hassle-free. Would do business again with them 100%. More

Worked with Dan Lozotto who was super friendly, attentive and helpful throughout the purchase of my used Mazda 3. I paid a down-deposit in July 2020 and placed a formal special-order in March 2021 for a Ford Bronco First Edition (only 7k produced). After many production delays, and a 1-week delay on the estimated delivery date, it was delivered on Oct 30, 2021. I was out of town on business and asked Ford of Kirkland to hold it for 3 business days until I returned. However, Richard Ewing (Sales Mgr) gave approval for it to be sold to another customer for over MSRP (I was guaranteed MSRP). When I contacted Hamid Musazay (Gen Mgr), he falsely claimed that I had missed 2 sales appointments and thought I didn't want it. When I contacted corporate, they pushed me to a regional office, who never contacted me. Ford of Kirkland ignored my sales contract and lied to me in order to make a bigger profit on this highly-anticipated vehicle. Corporate has ignored the case. I will not be buying a Ford. More
Dealership has mediocre responsiveness and tries to force dealer add-ons at inflated pricing. I put in an info request in fall of 2021 for a Ford Maverick, got the typical generic what are you looking for dealer add-ons at inflated pricing. I put in an info request in fall of 2021 for a Ford Maverick, got the typical generic what are you looking for email, and I responded but never heard back. I inquired in early 2022 about any in-stock Mavericks that customers did not pick up. I get a call about one that is available, check it out in person after work and start the negotiation. I went home with an ok offer (low balled on my trade-in and high on the markup) and said I'd sleep on it. I inform them the next morning that I'd pass if this is the best they can do and got texted a better offer but it was loaded with extra, inflated fees ($950 Ford Licensing Fee - almost double what the DMV licensing fee is, $5896 warranty - almost double what the extended warranty you can buy online from other Ford dealers, $199 vin etching - I can do it myself but if I really cared about this). I got everything except vin etching removed. I asked if there is any room on the markup and never heard back. It's a shame since we were probably not far apart and they would have been making $5-6k on this deal with my trade-in, markup, and financing. More
