Dr. Messerli, Regarding you Bronco order, it was a reservation and there was no signed sales contract. We held the car here for three weeks and during that time we set up two appointments for you and you did not show up. We do not have the space to store vehicles here for that long, so we did sell it to another buyer. When a customer fails to show up to pick up their vehicle in a timely manner, we do have the right to sell it as you would move on from your patients as well that don’t show up. We offered to order you a new one and you declined. We wish you the best of luck.

Not true. The car wasn’t even off the production line when you claim it was delivered (corporate sent me status updates). I did not miss any appointments, as none were made since it wasn’t even there. You could not offer me another First Edition model because it was limited production and all reservations were secured over 1.5 years ago. I had money-down on my special-order that I ordered through Steve, your Fleet Manager, so that implies a contract to me. You sold it 3 days after the sales associate told me it had arrived, even though I told him I was out of town and would come in immediately on the Wednesday. Lying at this point just proves the point that this management can be unethical. Autonation Bellevue is also unhappy with this dealership because they immediately sold their Bronco (reportedly for $30k over MSRP) that was designated by corporate for test drives only (before inventory was available) then told customers to test drive the model at Autonation before returning to place an order in Kirkland. I wouldn’t be surprised if Ford of Kirkland is one of the dealerships that is being deceptive, adding ADM markups, and being overall unethical with F-150 Lightening orders as well. https://www.thestreet.com/lifestyle/cars/ford-warns-dealers-against-f-150-lightening-price-gouging
