As always, Loren was very responsive to my needs and the dealership worked on the price to get it to what I think was a very good deal given my research on Kelley Blue Book and other sites. Aaron was great and worked hard to get us the car that we really wanted. The rest of this comment has nothing to do with him or his hard work. Our brand new vehicle was missing the navigation card AND other really wanted. The rest of this comment has nothing to do with him or his hard work. Our brand new vehicle was missing the navigation card AND other electronic features were not working at all because of, what we were told, a faulty fuse placed during manufacture. I have never had such a thing happen to any of my other new cars. My vehicle had to be brought back day after delivery and spent more than 1.5 days in service until the problem was diagnosed and fixed. I think that makes Ford look really bad, I'm very disappointed, and am wondering which brand I will switch to when my lease is over. More

I initially contacted the dealership through their internet site. Jesse Jacobs quickly responded with some possible choices. Nick took me for a test drive, got the details of what options I was looking for and located a car with the options and colors I was looking for. I went back to the dealership with a trade-in value in mind for my old car. I was able to get the trade-in number I needed, Nick and the Sales Manager hooked me up with financing and I happily drove out of the dealership in my new car the next day. I have to say that of all the cars I've bought, and that's more than just a few, the folks at Latham Ford made this one of the easiest and friendliest deals I've made.
