Good people to work with I test drove a 2012 Honda Pilot at Ford of Londonderry and found an issue (the windshield wiper motor had been damaged by someone turning it on before I test drove a 2012 Honda Pilot at Ford of Londonderry and found an issue (the windshield wiper motor had been damaged by someone turning it on before clearing snow and ice after a recent snowstorm), but I liked the vehicle other than that and put it high on my list as continued to test drive other Pilots with similar years and mileage. I stayed in touch with the salesman, Tim Finnegan, who was very helpful through the process. They were willing to negotiate a little on the price, but even so, I thought I had found a better value elsewhere. However, that deal fell deal through a week later when I went to pick up the vehicle because the competing dealer would not fulfill their promise to address an issue (very bad). At this point, I got back in touch with Tim at Ford of Londonderry. After he was off for the day, he came back to the dealership to meet me for a second test drive. The wiper issue had been resolved and he got satisfactory answers to a couple issues with the paint. Within 24 hours, I was able to close on the deal, including financing, and drive off with the vehicle. They made the process easy. More

Bruce walked us through all the details of the car with no hassle or pressure whatsoever, and genuinely wanted us to get a car we loved and was just right for us. Tim was excellent at explaining the available warranties and looking into options I was curious about, and completing the paperwork was a breeze. Also a big plus was their patience and friendliness with my kids, who went nuts for the snack bar, complete with an ice cream chest. :) It was definitely a stress free buying experience, and we ended with an excellent vehicle just right for us. The best car buying experience EVER I must say, that its typically a stressful moment when dealing with trading your car in and negotiating the terms of a new vehicle. I went to Ford of Londonderry not expecting to make any deals, in fact I went to test drive a different model car than I originally ha, and unsure if I would like the model. I was teamed up with Bob Morrisette who took us out for our test drive. Bob was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions fully. Upon return to the dealership, we began what is the typically stressful "haggling of prices", to get the best deal possible. This time, it actually didn't happen! The offers were made, and we agreed on the terms within 5 minutes. No stress, no feeling like I could have down better, just overall satisfaction that this dealership did right by me, enabling me to feel good about my deal. They treated us so very professionally, with courtesy and respect all the way through. All my questions about the sale were throughly explained, and I left with a new car, and a deal ship and salesman that I will go back to when I need a new car in the future.
