Buying a vehicle can be extremely painful... what you see online isn't what ends up as being factual once you see the vehicle in person. And, you often find salespeople to be quick and only interested in selling you whatever they can get their hands on. All of this couldn't be further from the truth in dealing with Ford of Londonderry. Our salesperson, Raul Pereira was truly THE best. He is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and focused on what OUR needs were. We could tell immediately he was an honest person that cared about his customers and he went above and beyond our expectations. The sales manager, Dave Ferrand equally exceeded our expectations. He and Raul were a great team and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, not rushed and happy with the vehicle and service. Even after our purchase, Raul called to share thoughts he had about a truck cover we were considering. He wanted to make sure we had all the facts before making a decision. This level of care and service isn't often seen in this industry, and I commend him for his level of professionalism and for the leadership Dave has developed with his team. I would never shop anywhere else. P.S. Don't be fooled by the appearance of Dave's hard outer shell. He's kind of like an egg. Hard on the outside, very soft on the inside :) More

Don't let size fool you I had been looking for a Ford Edge Sport for about 3 weeks, and had been to about 8 Ford dealerships. I was in new Hampshire and stopped at Londonderr I had been looking for a Ford Edge Sport for about 3 weeks, and had been to about 8 Ford dealerships. I was in new Hampshire and stopped at Londonderry Ford because they had a couple of Edge's n stock and wanted to check out the colors. I was met by salesman Art Bauer, who showed me the cars and all the information I needed with no pressure. I never thought a small Ford dealership would be able to come close to the price I was looking to pay for the new Edge and also give me a fair trade in for my 2011 Explorer. I was wrong! Within 90 minutes of arriving at the dealership I had a deal that my wife and I could live with and had a great experience. Just goes to show that the best deal might be a place you don't expect. Thanks to Art for making the this an easy decision. The whole dealership had great people working there. More

When my wife and I arrived at the dealer we were met at the door by Bob Morissette our sales associate. Bob showed us the car, went over it's features and then we went out on a test drive. After the test drive we sat down and went over the car and our impressions. We discussed price and finalized the deal. Through the whole process we felt no pressure was placed on us to purchase. The whole process and the people with whom we dealt with left us with the knowledge and comfort that we were making the right decision to purchase the vehicle. More

Not your average car buying experience - MUCH BETTER! Went into Ford of Londonderry just to look and see what sparked my interest. Several days later, I ended up driving away with a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. What happened? Their hospitality won me over. Yes, I liked the Fusion, and its 42 MPG avg, over the Nissan Altima I've been eyeing for several weeks. But what won me over was the shopping experience. Bruce connected with me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was very informative, answered all my questions and ultimately addressed all my concerns. They did not just sell me a car, they gave me their assurance that they were there for me in case anything came up with the vehicle in the future. He proudly showed me their service dept and how they treat their new customers into the Ford family. I look forward to servicing my vehicle there for routine maintenance. I highly recommend Ford of Londonderry to anyone not only looking for a good deal, but to be taken care of. More

I found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the Ford products. I bought a certified preowned 2012 Edge that I am very happy with - both the deal and the car. Raul was thorough in going over all the features in the car, especially the adaptive cruise control which I have had no experience with. We even took a 2nd test ride so he could demonstrate this feature. All in all I am very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
