I needed to purchase a car quickly. After my sister had a great experience with Bruce, I decided to give them a try. Bruce stayed late to wait for me on a Wednesday night. I told him my budgeted monthly a great experience with Bruce, I decided to give them a try. Bruce stayed late to wait for me on a Wednesday night. I told him my budgeted monthly payment and he was able to show me the vehicles that would fit my financial guidelines. There was no pressure or up sell. Bruce was informed about the vehicles, the different options. He took time to get an idea of my lifestyle to be sure the vehicle was a good fit. After my selection, Bruce and Roger worked together on the financing to get my monthly payment right where I needed it to be. Chuck continued to work on my financing on Thursday. By Thursday afternoon my financing was set and I could pick up on Friday. My overall experience was great. I thought being in a pinch would make buying a car difficult but Bruce, Roger and Chuck made it a pleasurable experience. Linda More

This has been my worst buying experience ever and I have bought around 10 cars from different dealerships. I set up an appointment to test drive a car and from the time I got there, I felt like an inconveni bought around 10 cars from different dealerships. I set up an appointment to test drive a car and from the time I got there, I felt like an inconvenience to my salesman. He rushed thru my test drive and then had to do a delivery for another customer and left me to deal with the sales manager. After waiting and waiting we finally made a deal but had to wait for financing to go thru. Well after two days, I hadn't heard anything from my salesman or Chuck and I was supposed to take delivery that afternoon. It wasn't til i called and said I would give them a bad review then Chuck finally called me and said we were approved. So I basically had an hour to get my trade ready and rush down to the dealership. During signing papers, Chuck never mentioned an extended warranty and seemed to just rush thru everything. After everything was all done, we took delivery of our car. Well, the extra set of winter floor mats were missing from the car. Also, the car only had 1/4 tank of gas in it. Everytime I have bought a car it came with a full tank of gas. Londonderry Ford charges a $399 paperwork and delivery fee, they should at least fill the gas tank. So I had to go fill my new car with gas immediately after taking delivery. I have never had such poor quality of service from a dealership. I felt more like a burden then a valued customer. I will NEVER shop at Londonderry Ford again and make sure I let as many people know about my bad experience. More

From the moment we walked onto the lot we were treated like royalty. We had submitted an internet inquiry and when we arrived a few days later Kevin had the keys in his hand and came right over to us and like royalty.
