From the moment we walked onto the lot we were treated like royalty. We had submitted an internet inquiry and when we arrived a few days later Kevin had the keys in his hand and came right over to us and like royalty. Tom answered all of our questions which allowed us to feel very comfortable with the selection we made. Tom's sales manager, worked with us to get the best deal possible; especially helping us to get the maximum value for our tradein. When it came time to pick up our new Explorer, Tom spent nearly an hour helping us te become familiar with all the features of the vehicle; particularly the electronics. He even sync'ed our blue tooth phones with the car. My wife and I want to thank Tom and all the sales staff at Ford of Londonderry for making this purchase a very pleasant one. More
