Tom answered all of our questions which allowed us to feel very comfortable with the selection we made. Tom's sales manager, worked with us to get the best deal possible; especially helping us to get the maximum value for our tradein. When it came time to pick up our new Explorer, Tom spent nearly an hour helping us te become familiar with all the features of the vehicle; particularly the electronics. He even sync'ed our blue tooth phones with the car. My wife and I want to thank Tom and all the sales staff at Ford of Londonderry for making this purchase a very pleasant one. More

After purchasing a brand new Ford F-150 my husband was in an accident and totaled it. We had to now find a new one and it was a very stressful time. We went to Ford of Londonderry for our second purchase when the first dealer wasnt helpful. This was the best decision we made. Tom Doyle and the dealership were beyond helpful. They worked with us thru email and on the phone and when we got to the dealer the truck was exactly what they had promised. Purchasing it was very easy because of all the work they did up front. Tom then sat with my husband for an hour and went over the truck and how to use all the features. something the first dealer did not do. We learned a lot. I would highly recommend going to this dealership and asking for Tom. The Finance manager also came in on his day off to purchase this vehicle on the day that worked best for us. We traveled over an hour from Massachusetts to buy this truck and we would do it again in a heart beat. More

LaVoie is the one who answered that call. Each time we have purchased a vehicle from you he has gone out of his way to help us! He did not tell us one thing on the phone to try & get us there & then when we arrived tell us another or try to sell us something we did not want! He listen to exactly what we wanted & helped us locate the vehicle. He was very patient with us as we test drove several before making our decision. When he says he will call you back - he calls you back & in a timely fashion! He does not leave any questions we may have unanswered! This salesperson goes out of his way for his customers & treats them as he would his own family!
