I've been wanting a hybrid for quite a while. Toyota was not even a consideration and Honda Hybrids are rather small so they were not comfortable for a big guy like me. The wife and I went out in April to check out the C-Max and pulled into Ford of Londonderry. Whilst looking at a C-Max on the lot, we were approached by Kevin Lavoie who asked if we had any questions. I told him I wanted to see if I would fit into the C-Max so he went off to get some keys. I was amazed at the room in the C-Max, very comfortable. Easy to get into and out of the vehicle. It had as much room in the drivers seat as the Saturn Vue I was driving. I told kevin we were only looking and he was cool with that, On our way out he ran in and got us a couple of booklets outlining the features of the car. This was on a Saturday afternoon and the wife and I went home to discuss the possibility of a purchase. Everything work out and we decided to buy the C-Max. We showed up back at the dealer the next day and Kevin worked out the details. It was one of the most pleasant car purchase experiences I have ever had in over 40 years of buying vehicles. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and I will be going to Ford of Londonderry for any future automotive needs. All in all a great dealership, a great salesperson and a great team at Ford of Londonderry. More
We visited Londonderry Ford with the intention of just looking at a Ford Focus ST and comparing Londonderry Ford with another dealership, however, as it turned out, Tom Doyle took the time to answer all o looking at a Ford Focus ST and comparing Londonderry Ford with another dealership, however, as it turned out, Tom Doyle took the time to answer all of our many questions and we found him to be extremely knowledgable on all of the technology in the car. We went out for a test drive and never felt pressured to prchase a car. As a result, we never made it to the other dealership and we purchase our Ford Focus ST that evening and we have already recommended Londonderry Ford and Tom Doyle to friends and co-workers. More
I bought 4 Ford since 2000. 3 were from Gladstone Ford in Londonderry NH and Salem Ford in NH. Gladstone became Londonderry Ford. I decided to go back and I wasn't disappointed. Kevin was professional in Londonderry NH and Salem Ford in NH. Gladstone became Londonderry Ford. I decided to go back and I wasn't disappointed. Kevin was professional and attentive to my questions. We went to Ford of Londonderry with the expectation of purchasing a used vehicle. When we approached the dealership we were greeted by Kevin! He was friendly and welcoming. We were upfront and honest with the fact that my credit was not the greatest and we were not sure that I would even be financed for a vehicle. He asked us appropriate questions and worked with Chuck in finance. We were able to get a loan and were able to get a brand new car!!! Kevin was extremely courteous, friendly, warm, and made the car buying experience excellent!! Chuck in finance was also amazing. He was friendly and worked hard to make things work for us! Upon entering their showroom, I was very warmly greeted by Lee Turner. I mentioned to Lee that I was scheduled to see their Internet guy Chris Hagan, then Lee intro'd me to a guy at the rear counter, who's by Lee Turner. This other guy told me that Chris was off that day, so he guided me back to Lee. I'll be brief. Both Lee & the other gent both made me feel very welcome with NO pressure, and though I didn't buy a vehicle there, they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable, which is hard to encounter in a car dealership. They both assessed my trade in and both agreed it is a clean car, which I already know, and with low odometer reading for a 2006 model year car. If & when I decide to buy a Ford, I will come back to Ford of Londonderry. More

Kevin went above and beyond to get us into our new Ford Focus. He even worked with us on his day off. We explained our situation and he did not make us feel uncomfortable. He explained everything thoroughly and we left the dealership extremely happy. I could never thank Kevin and Chuck enough for going the extra mile for us. We hope to use Ford of Londonderry, along with Kevin and Chuck for our future car purchases. More

I've dealt with Ford of Londonderry since 2006 and I have never been disappointed. Kevin Lavoie was a wonderful sales representative and went far beyond what I would have expected.
