Tom was the best salesperson I have dealt with. In comparison to other dealerships I have been to in the past, Today, May 25, 2013 I had the best car buying experience, not only because I left the dealership with the vehicle I wanted, but because Tom listened to me he was thorough and answered all my questions leaving me with the confidence that finally, I found a salesperson that will be honest with me, is believable and knowledgeable. Of all the dealerships I have been to not one of them showed me every feature, how to operate my vehicle and made sure I was comfortable before I left. Ford of Londonderry has now gained a very loyal customer, I see myself being a long time Ford customer. If I could score Tom higher I would rate him as excellent because my experience today was better than great. More

Tom was excellent to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and trust worthy! Prior to purchase he took the time to let me test drive the vehicle I was looking at, explain all the opt knowledgeable, friendly, and trust worthy! He was attentive to my concerns with the 4 cyIinder vs. a 6 cylinder, and explained the new technology of the vehicles now, and the eco boost, and was very honest of what was the best option for me. I valued his expertise, and I am very happy with my purchase of a new 2013 2.0L Ford Escape! After the purchase, Tom took the time to go through and show me how to work all of the vehicle options and sync the system to my phone. Tom then gave me the tour of the service area and set up my first oil change appointment. I would recommend Tom to anyone to buy a vehicle from. Thank you ~ More
My husband has driven a Dodge Dakota for 8 yrs & wanted a newer truck. He settled for Dodge in the past, but is a GM man. So when I started my internet research & checked out Ford, he wanted no part wanted a newer truck. He settled for Dodge in the past, but is a GM man. So when I started my internet research & checked out Ford, he wanted no part. I begged him to go look, test-drive, & then decide if he would go back to GM. We got out of our vehicle & basically were greeted by Tom Doyle before we shut the doors! He inquired what we were looking for & took us directly to the vehicle. He described EVERYTHING about this truck---I don't think he left ANYTHING out!! He knows his stuff. He was personable & put us at ease. As the process evolved, we met the Used Car/trade-in man(sorry, forgot his name) & he was great. Next we moved on to the Finance man(again, the name does not come) & he was great! In between these meet & greets we did get to road test a great truck! I don't think we were there 2 hours---the easiest 2 hours I have EVER spent at a dealership. Normally, I dread looking for a replacement vehicle, but this dealership made it enjoyable. Arrangements were made for the vehicle to be ready at 10am the next day. We went in, signed all the papers, finished the deposit, got our tutorials on all the dashboard/steering wheel components & "sync my ride" functions(& everything else in the truck!!), husband was introduced to the Service Dept & we were on the road with our truck. There was not one hiccup, no hurry-up-&-wait---nothing BUT GOOD! I do believe this is the best experience we have ever had in our 43 years together & shopping for vehicles. And it was all orchestrated by Tom Doyle! THANK YOU, TOM!!!!!!!!!! More

Tom did everything he could to make me and my husband happy with the purchase of our "dream" Ford Mustang convertible. When we didn't like the color choices on the lot, he found us one in another dealers happy with the purchase of our "dream" Ford Mustang convertible. When we didn't like the color choices on the lot, he found us one in another dealership owned by the same company. The price was negotiated to be mutually beneficial and we couldn't be happier to finally own our beautiful 'stang. He spent time in the cold, icy rain setting up our SYNC account and answering our questions about using the high-tech features of our car. He made it clear to us that he would still support us even after the purchase and that we should call him with any questions or concerns in the future. Although we have to wait a few days for the spring weather to improve so we can put the top down, we are already having a blast in our new "toy". I'm tempted to get one for myself in a couple years and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it from Tom. More
