My experience purchasing my new car was quite pleasant. I had done my research and scouting on the internet. Having owned a Mariner for 7 years, I was only interested in one car: the kodiak brown escape. Ra had done my research and scouting on the internet. I was concerned with the 4 cylinder..would it have enough power???? A quick trip on 93, proved it powerful enough. After which, we drove on some back roads, where I would do most of my driving. Raul let me lead the conversation, never once pressuring me into something I did not want or need. He was very polite and knowledgable.[don't forget to tell customers that the back window doesn't open] Then the price and trade-in banter began. I knew my budget and we came to terms quickly.
