I would like to take a moment to thank the young gentleman at your Dealership, Mr. Michael Colotti. My family and I were on vacation and had experienced engine problems with our van and were quite gentleman at your Dealership, Mr. Michael Colotti. My family and I were on vacation and had experienced engine problems with our van and were quite frustrated with the fact we were on vacation and not in our city to deal with this. He sensed this immediately and quickly put us at ease assuring us he would make sure everything would be taken care of and we would be on our way in no time, enabling us to enjoy the rest of our vacation. True to his word his team worked on our van immediately and put us in a rental car allowing us to venture out instead of sitting in the dealership with our two young and very active children. This experience turned out to be a very minor obstacle in our vacation instead of a huge roadblock!!!! Mr. Colotti was absolutely remarkable and a genuine pleasure to deal with. I recommend Mr. Colotti, and the rest of the Ford Londonderry crew to anyone who needs their car serviced with extremely fair prices, excellent service and great quality of work conducted in a very timely matter. I felt Daryn Turner went to great lengths to make it possible for me to purchase a 2011 Ford Escape. Although my credit is near perfect, I was upside down on my trade in. After which, he explained how to operate all the bells and whistles this car had. I called Bob and asked about inventory, he verified all the info immediately what vehicles he had and took the extra step to GO OUT TO THE LOT AND PHYSICALLY SEE that vehicle was indeed in stock and available. We set a time, Bob had vehicle ready for test drive when we arrived and took the time to show us the features on the Transit which was very important to us. After test drive we were able to work together cleanly and quickly on a fair price, and they gave me the financing options I asked for and provided an excellent rate. Vehicle, Paperwork and delivery was painless, smooth and most important quick, No hard sell of Insurance, Warranty, etc. Plain and simple.....NO BS Bob Morrisette and the Sales manager, Chuck in business ofice were also professional and we are pleased. thank you to Londonderry Ford for a great experience.
