Dear Mr. Batten, Let me try to clairy again so that we are both on the same page as to where our price came from and where it currently is priced at. The vehicle had been advertised for weeks at the advertised price of $25,990. You came in, checked the vehicle out and made us an offer of $21,000. Unforutnately we do not have that kind of mark up in our Internet Prices to discount an additional $4,990. We had already discounted this price over time and currently can not discount this vehicle any more. After you left (because we could not come to terms on price), we choose to do $2k worth of work to the vehicle. Once that work is accomplished we would have to change the price of the vehicle to reflect the work that had been done. Which we did. While you were here, we most certaintly would have honored the price of $25,990, which you declined. If you wish to speak about this matter any further, I would be more than happy to do so with you. Thank you for your time. Jeff Brunini

Thanks for the response. My initial cash offer was both the Kelly blue book and Edmunds estimated value. Thus a starting point in negotiating. You apparently are misinformed as the 2K worth of work was done well before I arrived(yesterday). I saw the work that was done and to say otherwise is entirely untrue. Im sure future customers would appreciate honesty. I actually might have paid the $25990 cost. I declined to be put in a position where the price suddenly changes, and there is no room for negotiating.

Thanks for the reply. I just spoke to my Owner and the Sales Manager that you were working with yesterday. We would like to try to make this right by you. If you would like this vehicle at the $25,990, we would be more than happy to sell you this vehicle at the $25,990. Let me know. Thanks Jeff Brunini
