To date, I've had to have my air conditioning system replaced, an oxygen sensor fixed, brakes and rotors repaired, and my tires replaced. I am a fleet manager and can drop a car off anytime and get the same service as if I had scheduled service a month in advance. The service and parts prices are the same and most of the time better then the chain stores hackers. At FOL you get the quality of factory trained professionals and everyone is treated the same no matter what your economic statues is in society. I have never seen a cutomer talked down to and a complete explaination for all work done or work needed to be done is a given. More
