Was told the repairs possibly needed would require over $700 in diagnostic fees just find out what needs to be done that none of the repairs after that would be covered under warranty. Was recommended to contact my insurance company to file a claim. Went to Ferman Ford of Clearwater and they diagnosed and repaired everything for $0 under warranty. I will not be utilizing my free oil changes at Port Richey Ford or returning for any services, including purchasing another car. More

Both Brayan and the manager Michael C. were extremely courteous. They worked very hard with me over a number of days to make me feel good about the deal I was receiving. The finance/lease were extremely courteous. They worked very hard with me over a number of days to make me feel good about the deal I was receiving.
