The dealership worked hard to locate my vehicle of interest. Now, if they can get their IT wizard to expedite the paper work to shorten the buying process, they would have my undying appreciation. Maybe something to occupy the "dead time" waiting for the paper work to be prepared. How about tablets with disposable earphones that ran a video showing features on the vehicle being purchased. Then when the sales consultant does a hands on instruction it means more and time spent at the dealership appears to be well spent. More
