My Ford has never been anywhere else to be serviced and never will be . My Ford looks like it rolled off the showroom floor and the upkeep from Ford is top notch . I was ripped off I took my car there to get an oil change and was told I needed to replace one of the coolant hoses because it had a coolant leak. So I took it back th I took my car there to get an oil change and was told I needed to replace one of the coolant hoses because it had a coolant leak. So I took it back the following week to take care of it. After it was "fixed" I noticed it was still leaking so I contacted the service advisor that helped me that day and he said I could bring it in for them to check it. Now they are telling me that the problem is that the coolant container is cracked. How could they not see that was the issue to begin with? I was told they have to order it and it would be there in a few days but I haven't heard back from them. Oh, but the good news is it will cost me less than $200.00. Are you serious? I have been going there for years and was always happy with the service until now. Thank God the technician that worked on my car was the best one there. Highly recommended by the service advisor. I feel like I got ripped off. More

3 hour wait for oil change with a appointment Huge confusion on when my used vehicle I purchased from them had its oil changed. Sticker on window said over a year ago it was not their sticker on window, on board computer also said it was also time to change the oil. They pulled it up on their computer and it said it was done in Aug purchased vehicle in the end of November. Car fax said there was only one owner so it set on their lot since Aug ?? Thought that was odd.. Over 3 hour wait with an appointment to get oil changed very disappointed in service More
