When the problem surfaced again the guys at this shop found and repaired the problem. John was courteous and kept me informed of the repair progress. It was great to have a shuttle service available so I did not have to wait at the shop the whole day. Would definitely recommend their services. More

Unhappy customer If you are buying a car from this dealership it would be a good idea to get your financing from a bank before entering the showroom. We originally wa If you are buying a car from this dealership it would be a good idea to get your financing from a bank before entering the showroom. We originally wanted to buy a Ford Ranger. They advertised zero interest for 60 months. They wouldn't even run our credit to find out if we qualified for the loan unless we put down $2500. plus the equity that we had on our trade in. Instead they quoted us an amount based on a 5% loan. We ultimately decided to buy a used 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander at the time they owned both franchises. If you buy a used car the automatically tack on an $1895. charge for their Port Richey Advantage Program. You cannot buy a used car from them without it. It is totally worthless and just a gimmick to get more money from you. They are supposed to have applied exterior Paint Protection and Windshield Rain Repellent along with a bunch of other things. When we got home and looked at the top of the car the roof was all moldy. and there was no Windshield rain repellent. When we finally saw the finance manager he would not give us the best interest rate on the loan unless we bought an extended warranty which we didn't want and didn't need. We finally agreed to the warranty when the monthly payment was less with the warranty then it was without it. Only trouble is, it adds to the cost of the car. We went back to the dealership a few days latter to cancel it and the finance officer was extremely rude. He said we got the better rate because we agreed to buy the warranty and we couldn't cancel until we got the loan number. This is the third car that we have bought from this dealership and this will be the last car that we buy from this dealership More
They Went Above and Beyond I used autotrader to search nationwide to find the best deal on a new truck and there were only a few dealers in the nation that were competitive. When I bought my truck, there was a deep scratch in the dash. I asked the sales guy what they were going to do about the scratch, and he told me not to worry.. that they would take care of it for me. They ended up giving me two options: 1) replace the dash or 2) have their dash repair specialist fix the dash in addition to giving me a few accessories that I wanted - Roush Cold Air Intake, Roush Tune and a new truck cover! I opted for the repair with the accessories. I just picked up my truck yesterday and I am very pleased with everything. The repair looks nice, the Roush CAI and tune made my V-8 truck a lot more responsive (highly recommend that upgrade) and the bed cover they installed is exactly the one what I wanted. While my truck was in the shop (took them about 4 days), they gave me a loaner truck. I was afraid they were going to try to put me in a car, but I needed a truck ... and that's what they gave me. In addition to everything, they even filled up my gas tank... both my gas and in the loaner truck. These guys went above and beyond to make me happy. More
