How it should be done. I've purchased several vehicles from Ford of Port Richey over the years since they are my local dealership. This time I was looking at a used F-150 o I've purchased several vehicles from Ford of Port Richey over the years since they are my local dealership. This time I was looking at a used F-150 online that just came available. For the first time ever I called the dealer versus driving down there and was connected to Don Graham. Five hours later I was driving the truck home. This had to be the most stress free purchase I have ever made in my 60 years. Don gave me the exact total cost for the truck while on the phone. My wife and I drove down to the dealer and after talking to Don face to face purchased the vehicle for the same amount with no hidden costs or any "well yeah but" moments. I received the fair price I requested for my trade in since they recognized how well I took care of my vehicle. Don was extremely knowledgeable, polite and efficient and represented Ford as a professional. They had only received my new truck three days prior and they had to go through their preparation inspections and Don made sure it was completed in a timely manner. This also reflects on the other employees there, whom we never really see, about their competence and abilities. I know I'll be back when the time comes again as it always does. More
