Great service department I wouldn’t get my 2016 FocusST serviced anywhere else. They are quick to get you checked in and your car to the service bays. Taken good care of. 5 Star Service. Parts gets 3 Star. 3rd times a charm. New Abs unit failed 3 Times. On top of that the rest of my brake system decided to fail. Each on 5 Star Service. Parts gets 3 Star. 3rd times a charm. New Abs unit failed 3 Times. On top of that the rest of my brake system decided to fail. Each on a separate visit. $4000 later and multiple visits I have a new brake system. Each time my service agent , Toni Governale, made sure I was taken care of with a rental they paid for and she also kept me up to date in a timely fashion on the repairs. More
