The guys at Ford/Mitsubishi Port Richey are Awesome! My 2019 Mustang had a strong gasoline odor in the interior. Was scared to drive it. Called Ford of PR and Steve Wollak advised via Tia-she always answers the phone very nicely and is super friendly- not to drive it. Next morning had it towed using my Ford Roadside service. What a great, organized structured service that is...had me towed in no time at 0600am to boot! Frank Johnson got it all checked out and eased my mind. He is wonderful! Such a gentleman. He and Steve Wollak are both very knowledgeable about cars...what a dynamic duo they make! Thanks again boys! More

Becky is amazing! Upon arrival our service writer, Jason, was no where to be found. Becky quickly stepped in and took control of the issue. We were worried about a noise the wheels were making Brian and his crew at the used car service center carefully checked everything over on our Jeep Patriot.
