Made me feel secure about my new Mustang I'm a very customer service oriented person and don't mind being honest for better or worse. Called Ford of PR and Steve Wollak advised via Tia-she always answers the phone very nicely and is super friendly- not to drive it. Next morning had it towed using my Ford Roadside service. What a great, organized structured service that is...had me towed in no time at 0600am to boot! Frank Johnson got it all checked out and eased my mind. He is wonderful! Such a gentleman. He and Steve Wollak are both very knowledgeable about cars...what a dynamic duo they make! Thanks again boys! More

We were worried about a noise the wheels were making Brian and his crew at the used car service center carefully checked everything over on our Jeep Patriot.
