Very efficient John did a great job getting my car scheduled in a very short amount of time, getting it in the shop and getting me in a rental car and on my way. It sucked. I recently took my new car back to have a tire replaced under my warranty.I like to know I had to be out of there by 5 for dinner appointment. The tir I recently took my new car back to have a tire replaced under my warranty.I like to know I had to be out of there by 5 for dinner appointment. The tire changer took the flat tire off the rim then reinstalled the flat tire on the rim and balanced it before you notice the screw in the tire. After that he tried to install the new tire on the rim and the machine that does it broke down. Then he went home locking my center hub in his toolbox someone else had to finish his job. They took the tire over to Mitsubishi and installed it on the car. I got my car back at 6:30 missed my appointment and had to return the next day to get The hub back on my wheel. I have to wonder what that tire changers IQ was. Becky was very helpful despite the tire changer's incompetence. This happened 12/12 and 12/13 2018 More
