Not Happy Took my Ford Focus in for service. The quote given me was $1400. I saved up this money, but when my daughter went to pick up the car, the final bill w Took my Ford Focus in for service. The quote given me was $1400. I saved up this money, but when my daughter went to pick up the car, the final bill was $1637!! WTH?! Toni discounted $40 for installing two tires (which wasn't in her original quote) and something else which brought the bill to just over $1500. To make matters worse, we had to get the car towed tonight ( just got it back yesterday) for a coolant issue. This is the 2nd time Toni's communication about my car, with me, has sucked. I will probably not come back, unless we find this coolant issue happened here. More
