Efficient. No pressure sales tactics. All nice people. The only issue which still needs to be addressed is the removal of the cigarette smoke smell in the vehicl No pressure sales tactics. The dealership told me to call them if the smell came back and they would put the smoke ionizer back in the vehicle. I texted the sales person the next day to schedule a time to bring the vehicle back in. So far nobody has gotten back to me yet. More

Piss poor service at full price. It took 6 hrs. to do an oil change with an appointment. I do my own truck in 20 min. in my driveway with no lift or equipment other than hand tools. T It took 6 hrs. to do an oil change with an appointment. I do my own truck in 20 min. in my driveway with no lift or equipment other than hand tools. The vehicle was given back with a dead battery that was purchased at this dealership less then 3 months ago. It took hours for them to return calls regarding pick up time. Paperwork was incomplete and Items not even on the vehicle were checked off as "OK" instead of N/A. which leads me to believe they just we down the paperwork checking off all items without actually taking the time to check them. We have spent at least $12,000 servicing this vehicle over the last few years at this dealership and still we are treated like crap. No more and never again. More

They got me in early and got me out quick... M They are Super nice at this location and they went the Extra mile to help me. While my service was being completed they took me home and picked me up!
