Making sure to look out for my needs and working them with his managers. Very friendly with my family and went over and beyond to assist me. The Sales Manager Michael What an amazing gentleman. Did not give up with the creditor and manage to assist me on what I was looking for. Not only was able to do that but made my wife happy on getting the car which really preferred to have. Not sure how he did it but was able to move the pieces in the right places. More

Very good service with a very polite advisor. The only thing I would do before putting customer declined service on paperwork. Is make sure you offer the service before stating declined. Only stated I was there for an oil change. Right rear tire pressure wasn’t checked due to it was lower then rest and should have been filled. I had to go and fill it after leaving from service appt, since it was at 23 psi and should have been at 32 psi. Not sure if puncture or valve leak. Not safe if I had done highway speed with it that low. Otherwise very happy. Thank you John. I appreciated your kindness and quick service. Your name is not listed maybe why no reviews. My truck was not touched in over 7 hours except for an exter The service dept lies telling me they had done oil change which they did not as my oil remained at 39% following supposed service. They failed to check my tires or radio even though my truck was there for 7 and a half hours. The service manager was kind enough to say no charge for the tires...Ha! They didn't even look or bother to put in air! More
