Pressured for vehicle I didn't want I came in to get a new escape because of a letter I received stating I could lower my payments and get loan or lease and get out of my current lease o I came in to get a new escape because of a letter I received stating I could lower my payments and get loan or lease and get out of my current lease or payments because of my credit rating. I wanted another escape but found payments were to high my fob had been taken to get my 2016 escape appraised. I did say I would look at fusion but didn't really want a car. The pricing on fusion was even too high so I was asked if j could put $500 down on fusion to get payment down I said no so they went back to GM to see about pricing while I waited forever I went in and told them to forget it I would just keep my escape because I really wanted a escape not a fusion please give me my fob so I can leave I will wait until my current lease ends they said wait little longer they were working on it I thought they were working on a escape they were working on the fusion quote I again said forget it I wanted to leave please give me my fob they said hold on let us talk to GM again I thought they were working on pricing for escape and again it was for fusion I ended up taking the fusion and I am sorry I did. I do want to make clear that my salesperson John Cavalovitch was NOT the issue it was the manager and the general manager that kept pushing the Fusion and I do not know their names. More
